Wrong. They're both abortions. A spontaneous abortion is both subconscious and natural. The only difference between a spontaneous and induced abortions is that for the former, the woman's body makes the decision, and for the latter, it is her conscious mind that makes the decision.
If you want to consider 'natural' the criteria, may we assume that you've never had surgery, or taken medications prescribed for you by a doctor?
