How about a new house for a widow with small children who lost her husband in Iraq? Or a disabled firefighter or police officer?
Nope, let the woman with four illigitimate children...who bought a house for $7500 and didn't have the sense to see it was not in livable condition....get a mansion and free private college educations (while they are probably still collecting food stamps and Medicaid).

We can sympathize with you, but that also could have been you and your family. After the Powell family have their dinner, they might read this (your posts) GOD WORKS!...their just might be a special prayer coming your way. You have showed good work the way you have provided for your family.
Some one took a poll on this family with negative views (that's scary) and two girl's were highjacked and robbed this weekend.
No one is safe until we do what I suggessted in my post in the Buffalo Topix. Each town should have it's turn. I think the bitterness comes from the constant take, take, take that this state is known for. It seems as though nobody can afford a decent standard of living for themselves because they are subsidizing a better standard of living for the welfare scum, politicians and bureaucracy.
