I called T-mobile about a half hour ago. They told me there is a major outage for voice AND data. Anyone know where I can find out when it will be back up? I need my cell phone!!!:(

Okay, I just got TMobile on the phone again and the lady said the outage is from Sacramento to Fresno over to the Bay Area. So Literally most of the central valley is without TMobile service right now. (most of them)She said every two hours to turn your phone off and back on then try to make a call.

the Outage is in parts of Phoenix also, My phone has been fucked up for two days... I had not been able to receive calls from anyone except other T-mobile users.. So I went to the T mobile store today at 5:45 PM so they could fix it it just started working ten mins from now 2:20 AM...

My phone has been out since August 18th. Called T-mobile and they can do nothing about it. They just keep saying "I'm sorry engineers are working on it."

According to someone from T-mobile they are switching 3G network today in So-Cal.
Nothing official yet, but I know they been working around to replace some towers equipment. Right now I am able to use hotspot@home only. |
