Trucker charged with indecency

A Virginia truck driver was arrested for public indecency after he allegedly paraded naked around his hotel room and made lewd hand gestures to people outside the room.

This happened in 2007 I was wondering if there is a way to find out if this man was convicted or cleared of the charges. His name is Benny Page. I need to find out as he close to my house and I have a teenage daughter, and I worry about it. I would like to know, because if he was convicted then he should have to be listed as a sex offender in the state of VA. any info on how to look up public court record would be greatly appreciated.

it happened in Oak Ridge Tn. I can't remember what hotel it was. I just know that there is a restaurant in front of the hotel he stayed in. It was the restaurant employees and customers that called the police. It happened a year or 2 ago.

I found the article. It was at the Comfort Inn and the restaurant was Ruby Tuesday's. Her is a link to the article on OakRidger.com It happened in January 2007.
