What in the world is going on with the woman living in her Kia suv in the public parking lot up in Jackson Sq. area? Obviously she needs some kind of help, but why are our police allowing her to live there?

Killer-I have seen this woman and it is so sad. The garbage collecting around her Kia is now horrible and nothing is happening. I dont understand it.

i heard she was a crack addict, but don't know for sure. she was moved from a parking place on e.tn ave to the parking lot at the police request. i guess she has squatters rights in that parking lot. so sad and cold now i'm sure.
