With the election of the new town council, is the town manager going to lose his job?

Well, let's hope not.

I should hope not as well. Homer has proven to be a strong man of good character, and is the first Town Manager we have had that has had a backbone. I think the new board is going to be ok, and whilere there are a couple of people who may have personal issues with the Town Manager, they will not have the votes to fire him without good cause. He has carried himself well through a lot of controversy, and seems to be genuinely interested in doing what is best for the Town.

But isn't that Conaway woman going to try to fire him?

Guess it depends on whether or not the Dehart woman has Mr. Mitchell in her pocket to. Or if he is a good man like we think he is. Who knows maybe Ms. conaway was running for the good of the town!

Sharon Conaway doesn't have a good bone in her body so she wasn't running for the good of the town.....our only hope is that Charles isn't swayed by the DeHarts and Polly continues to do what's best for the town. Sharon and Laura will stick together And always have their own personal agenda and hopefully Polly And Charles will stick together and the mayor will get the deciding vote in a tie. All I can say is thank God Alma didn't win.
