Flood Lights ablaze

There is a contributing factor to the rolling blackouts the area is suffering from. The home owners at 2995 Hillside Dr Highland Village have their flood lights ablaze during the morning hours before dawn. In a time where people are trying to conserve energy and go green this is an abusive demenstration of electricity.
