The body found bound and weighted down by concrete blocks this week in a northwestern Ohio marina has been identified as a Toledo woman's. The Ottawa County sheriff's office said it was contacted Thursday by relatives of Jennifer Snively, 26, who recognized tattoos on the body, which had been publicized by investigators.
