I used to manage a 2 Verizon Premium Agents in that mall, prior to working for Verizon corporate. My guess is that it would be someone working for PageCom kiosks or The Mobile Solutions. Alot but not all employees there seemed to be involved in some shady dealings. I always hated those guys with the Used car Salesmen mentality. They give a bad name to the rest in Sales, who work from a Consultive approach.

I wish they would release more details on the store.

It always seems that there are multiple offenders when these crimes are committed. It's never a cingular individual. I am sure that jail time is just over the verizon for these criminals. Of course, had they kept their mouths shut, they may have gotten away with their crimes. Instead of keeping quiet, though, they decided to alltel.
