I agree,10 years is just too long for murder.

Thats to much time for someone who was protecting themself from being hurt. Concerned a little to late.

I know in my heart that Ally is not guilty! But this just a minor set back. She can still recover from this and move on thats all that matters.

OMG. I grew up with Alison, this is just crazy. I know she has a mean side but I really don't beleive she actually could kill someone.Does anybody kno the whole story i only got a piece? Was it self defense?

I would like to say that both girls should be locked up for much longer than the suggested maximum. Anyone who murders someone and doesn't feel any remorse is a scary person. Just a little tip for those of you who think it could have been self defense you may want to check the law books. It is only self defense if you have no where else to go. It WASN'T self defense. I do beleive in karma and I believe that some where down the road these girls will get whats coming to them. Unfortunately for them murder isn't something that comes off your recrod. Good luck getting a job or making a life anywhere. SMILE. Don't think you got away with it. It will haunt you for the rest of your life....Think about that while your sitting in jail for 10 years..

These girls are probably not even going to get 10 yrs!! That is the MAXIMUM! It is sickening and I think that neither women should EVER be aloud back on the CRST rez. I could rant and rave but does no good. Like someone stated above KARMA!!! I know one of these women have 2 beautiful children that she will not see for years and that already young as they are want nothing to do with her or her MESSED up family! Therefore, Karma is already kicking in.

This is just disgusting that someone could ever think that 10 years(which they will not get) is enough time. They need to be in there long enough to have their souls rot. They KILLED a wonderful young man that had a huge heart. I don't even know what to say about this except how disgusting it is that you may only get 4 years for MURDERING someone! MURDERERS! I hope they rot in hell because they sure are not going to in prison!

I agree with more than 10 years. Now days Murder is a serious thing, and in this deal, This young man had a huge heart and didn't deserve this. The one involved in this had a hidden side, to bad she had to take the life of another, if life was so bad and such then she should have offed herself! These two people need to get tortured in prison, show no mercy on them, like they showed no mercy on Danny........justice for Danny!!!!

Something had to trigger this behavior and it didnt help that alcohol was involved. It's not up to any of you all to judge anyone! God forgives all and one day you will all know what actually happen.
I knew the youngest young women that was involved in this crime. I told her only bad things happen in CRST and that she should stay home.LOL. But her cousin insisted that she should go and that it would be a change. Well she wasnt wrong about that! She never knew this man whos life was tragiclly taken, but I know that she had no intention in what took place. She was underage and should have not been drinking. But just because we are natives it makes it ok to let young ones drink. But when shit like this happens then ppl get all bent out of shape. Its time for a change! Lets break the cycle on underage drinking and all drinking, because we are losing to much young ppl due to it.

Are you kidding me ZEB? Let's blame alcohol on this in-humane thing that has happened! No, I don't think anyone really knows what happened that HORRIBLE night, but taking someone's life IS NOT OK. I am FURIOUS at your statement, and think you are twisted! I am so disgusted that ANYONE could ever think that these two woman who are claiming self defense against DANNY JENSEN are innocent. It's interesting to see that everyone who has gotten drunk and have done drugs with Mr. Jensen are sure quick to speak up. Drugs and alcohol turn people into something they would otherwise not be. There are two sides to every story. If this sad story does not change your ways, I don't know what will.

Some ppl just dont know how to act when they have alcohol in them. I dont think any of this would have happen if alcohol wasnt involved. Zeb, you ever think that some of us responding to this terrible tradegy might have known all the people involved and might actually know what we are talking about...serioulsy zeb...its not the alcohol or drugs that make us evil...its the evil that makes us evil. Some people just have more than others. Talia and Alison are using alcohol as an excuse...I hope that someday you dont do something stupid while drunk and come to realize that it wasnt that alcohol...it was you just being stupid. Talia and Alison had murder and who knows what else in their nature long before they started altering their personalities with drugs and alcohol. Sure they were loved and probably still are, but they murdered and innocent beautiful young man who was loved as well, who will be missed like you cant believe.
