Is it Art? Or is it an Architectural violation? Nyack store owner Carol McIlmurray is defying a village cease and desist order by continually painting over her storefront.

This is most definitely art, the fact that evokes so much emotion clearly makes it important piece of historical art. The people of Nyack should be bowing down before Carol. Long live Carol and long live art.
