Father, Son Killed in Apparent Robbery

My heart goes out to this family!

Sad story. Makes me not want to open the door at night.

This is so awful,that this has happened to this poor family and for these children to have had to witness such a brutal attack on their daddy and brother to watch them die. I pray for them and I pray that the law catches the ones responible for this crime. This just breaks my heart, I pray that the friend makes a full recovery. I pray that Vanessa and her little sister get help to deal with what they had to witness.

If they had been making regular animal sacrifices to God instead of running a cookie business out their home, God would have protected them instead of turning a blind eye and letting them be murdered. The reason this world is so out of control is because mankind has stopped obeying God's order to sacrifice animals to him on an altar.

I hope the perps are caught soon and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

My only New Years wish now is that the guys who did this will find trouble that will get them shot as a result. Or maybe hopefully they'll put up a fight when they get caught and police will "whoopsie - bang!" them. Slime like that just wastes air.

I doubt if Catherine actually typed this up. I believe they have people to type up web articles from video. Obviously trying to get it out quickly without regard to grammar & readability! It happens on CNN.com , too, just to a lesser degree.

Terrible tragedy for this family - illegal or not, no one deserves to see their dad & brother gunned down in front of them.

I am so sorry they were robbed and killed, but why are they running a candy store from an apartment?? It is stated in most leases that you cannot run a business from your apartment. Stores are subject to robberies - they put other residents in danger because of this...

You know, I don't exactly think this is how a follower of Christ would be reaching out to this family. Besides, God provided the perfect sacrifice through Christ, meaning we don't have to hold to Old Testament standards. But that's beside the point, there is a family here where two memebers, one a child, was murdered in front of them -- it's really not a place for hurmor.

I am one for humor of all sorts, but as a member of the faculty of the school that Daison attended, I am still shocked at the amount of heartless and cruel things that are posted in the name of humor. You should be shunned and reminded that this is no laughing matter
