Teen accused of killing dad may have been abused

If this child is a long time victim of molestation,and physical abuses,the adults in his life failed him from the beginning.

He is still a victim,and needs to have this always present in his legal proceedings,to show how and why he turned resolute and adopted feelings of hopelessness.He was in his hurt and exploited mind,,,'saving' his ciblings from a 'MONSTER' and in my estimation even tho he killed his father or planned how,,,he will always be the victim,by provocation.

I can't fault him if this all leads back to constant molestation,and abuses that they have had to endure.

How ironic that the creap died at his own hands.He created the life being that realized he now had to try and survive,but loved his ciblings and chose to protect them in his injured mind,by killing the victimizer,instead.

He needs to be rehabilitated,and givin a chance for a real life ,,not victimized further by putting him in lock up with even more vile and evil offenders.If we do this to him we will be a sorry lot of human beings and allow ,as well as condone all that has happened to him,and his ciblings,and all that will happen to him.

THIS IS NOT SOME SICKO MURDERING CHILD RAPIST ,KILLER,MENACE TO SOCIETY.He is a child Victim,,,and he was backed into the corner of his mind that said there was no way out ,because his parents failed him,his father disrespected his innocence,and exploited his children,until he felt he had to end it,His mind lost site of reality,from a legal standpoint because he was already at the end of a long life of constant abuses,,,he was self protecting,at the end of his last thread.

I feal terrible that those kids endured what they did,,,,I say that the father died at his own hands,due to provoking,and sexual molesting those poor children.He was the criminal,,,not the one who pulled the trigger.This child can probably be rehabilitated,and in a loving environment,,,not the prison system.

It's disgusting that anyone would even considder adding more pain to his life.
Yes he should realize his mistake,,but not be kicked in the guts for it.

I think that if the other adults within this childs family knew,or suspected the abuses going on,and didn't report it to authorities,,,deserve to be reprimanded,and a message sent that to be silent,means you condone a crime,just as if you were the one to execute the actual act.

I am dusgusted.
