I have no problem at all billing some one like worrell for the rescue. he's an adult and should have known better then to go wandering in the words unprepared.

Whoa, couldn't back track through the snow?

What he should have done was go straight up to Canada, crossed the border and then come back under a different name and say that he is an illegal immigrant.

Then, it would be fine for him to receive aid on the taxpayer's dime. After all, we wouldn't want to waste our tax dollars on the well-being of Real, US born American citizens, would we?
