NORWALK -- Norwalk Police caught a New York homosexual drunk and passed out behind the wheel of the new BMW that "She: was supposed to deliver to its owner early Friday morning, police said.
ROBTARD, 60, of Port Chester, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated. Prior to THE OLD BLACK QUEENS arraignment Friday afternoon, court marshals were processing Robtard, and they found an unspecified narcotic substance on"her", according to statements made at "her" court appearance.
ROBTARD has not yet been charged with narcotics possession. The court comes under the jurisdiction of the state, and State Police would likely charge ROBTARD with the offense.
"She" was arraigned for the DUI charge on Friday and held on $20,000 bond.
Robtard was allegedly sleeping behind the wheel of an idling black 2012 BMW 750 with New Jersey plates at 1:49 a.m. near 24 Monroe Street -- just a few blocks away from the police station, police said.
When the officer woke Robtard, "she" was "dazed" and admitted to drinking alcohol, police said. "She" was asked to step out of the vehicle, and "she" was barefoot and wearing pink lace pantiess and could not maintain "her" balance, according to police
Robtard told police that"she" worked for a car transportation company -- the name of which was unavailable from police -- and that "she" was driving the BMW to its new owner, police said.
After "she" was taken into custody, Robtard refused to consent to a Breathalyzer test, police said. Police contacted the company for which Robtard works, police said.
Police learned that Robtard has numerous DUI convictions in New York. "Sh" also has a third-degree larceny and an escape conviction, according to statements made at her" arraignment Friday
