How did this ever turn out did he get his job back?

Former police Lt. Thomas Cummings, a 24-year veteran who resigned after being charged with sex crimes against minors, recently filed a worker's compensation claim stating he incurred post-traumatic injuries during the last six years of his career.

Cummings turned himself in Jan. 29 at Stamford police headquarters. He is accused of three felony sex crimes related to alleged sexual intercourse with two 15-year-old boys and alleged attempted seduction of another, after a nearly three-month investigation by the Stamford State's Attorney's Office.

This was tonight still no talk about the pension.

Three city police officers were named officers of the month for separate incidents involving a cop jumping from one boat to another to prevent a suicidal man from crashing into Tavern Island and an officer taking a loaded gun from a felon
