The majority is always right. I will side with the wisdom of the majority of Americans who have it right. I grew up in a white area. Pretty much everyone was uptight, unfriendly, and mean spirited. I was shocked how cool and down to earth everyone was when I moved to a more "ghetto" hispanic area. Look at the hateful comments on this forum, and note which race is usually making them.

I'd choose irvine of course, but thats a bit of a false dilemma, as there are non-ghetto areas that aren't lily white, spoiled brat infested republican strongholds.

Irvine has one of the lowest crime rates in the country and is ranked as one of the safest city's. It is 83% white. And Norwalk is 85% Hispanic and has one of the highest crime rates in the county. Do you see the correlation? Norwalk, now resembles a third world country like crap-hole Mexico. I grew-up in Norwalk in the 1970's, when it had a majority of whites, and it was a safe and decent town. Plan and simple, Mexicans have devastated Norwalk. And that is a pure hard fact...What a shame.

I am from east la, Boyle heights to be exact. Work in bell gardens, live in south Norwalk. Race isn't the issue. You are from Cerritos. Cerritos is a great area to live . Mostly Asian residents and that's awesome.
Don't care. I rather raise a family in Cerritos over Boyle heights, bell, bell gardens, south gate, south la, Lynwood, Compton, paramount , Norwalk , Etc.
