McDonalds at 2014 Lincoln Avenue

Why is it that every time I go to the Lincoln Road McDonalds they can't get my order right at the pickup window even when they have a slip to look at? The last five times I went to this location none of my orders were correct. I'm tired of paying for stuff and not getting it.

It is the worst one I've ever been to also. The wait inside is just as long as the wait outside, but it always looks as if the workers are tripping over each other in the galley.

The last time I went, there was a problem with my order....which was one egg McMuff and a cup of coffee. I was overcharged and the manager on duty (Adam) had to come out from the back of the store and adjust the cash register. He was not happy to have to do this and let me and the woman at the register know about his unhappiness.

Although I like their breakfasts, I would have to be really craving one to go back.

There's a sign on the drive thru window to call if you're not happy with service. I debate call everytime I go but never do. That McDonalds needs a total makeover on how to work drivethru...how to hire competent workers...work fast and efficient...Wendy's is hard to beat.

I really don't think they care .If there are enough complaints and there business drops off,
they may make a change but its always busy there when you go by. Probably because there so slow !

I don't suppose that after _four_ wrong orders it ever occurred to you to check your order before leaving the parking lot?

Sometimes it seems that McDonalds and its customers are tailor made for each other.

The city should get rid of this Mcdonalds and the police department.

You think the drive-thru in town is bad, those morons can't get the hang of a two lane drive-thru at the store on 30 and I hear that the one on Lincoln Avenue is headed in the same direction. Take a look at the clowns working there, it's easy to understand why they screw everything up.

I agree. I like McDonalds from time to time as with all other fast food. I have had things go wrong, but not NEAR as often as it does at Lincoln Road. Every time I have gone there (and prob half a dozen times since it opened) my order was wrong, or over charged. Its funny this thread popped up because my sister was just saying the other day about how terrible they are there. She said "EVERY single time I go there, its wrong." Even if I am shopping at Lincoln Road Center, I just save the aggravation and drive up to 30 if I want McDonalds.

...I must add that YES Wendy's is pretty fast and accurate.

I do check my order each time I go yet they always make mistakes. I'm holding up the line while I'm checking. One should not have to do this, besides I go to other McD's in other areas and wrong orders aren't a problem they get it right.

I think the police should arrest the employees when the order is wrong.

They make 7.25 they dont care

With the way that McDonald's kitchen is set up, there is no way you could have driven through and witnessed that.
