The charges were dropped but only after the accused, who is now 5, 3 and a half when she was molested, was repeatedly bullied by Mr. Ferguson. Her accused and his wife moved their chairs into the center of the aisle so the little girl had no choice but to see them, even though she has repeatedly said she is scared and does not what to see them. There was noone else called even though the accused has been indicated by CYS and her therapist was present, who does not doubt the child. Her mother or maternal grandmother was not permitted in the courtroom. The little girl told both the DA and attorney Ferguson what her grandfather did to her and she said she was done, and he said 3 more questions but continued after that, that is when the child said it was a dream. She wanted it over just like any 5 yr.old would.
