Ethics of Colville sheriffs department

I wish this community would stand together and hold our Sherrif's Deptartment accountable for "bias" in the keeping of "Justice" in our community! For instance, preferencial treatment given to favored citezens. Regardless of there actions. A women came home and shot her semi-automatic weapon at unarmed neighbors and admits it to an officer yet the officer leaves her home with out even writing a citation. 6 weeks later that same officer comes to the same home and arrests the man who called 911 for Help. This man a victim of the same violent women! Then a refusal to arrest her for any wrong doing even felony malicious mischief goes uncharged. She is in delivery services.
She has even admitted giving herself a black eye to see her boyfriend go to jail and he has never been aloud back to his home. She even delivered with that black eye, letting others believe he abused her. Please post any knowledge or first hand testimate to her admissions. The truth needs to be herd. Others who she has spoken to,choose to stay out of it by not coming forward. I hope some one else would share what they know and put an end to a misled town. Please come forward if you know anything that could help reunite a loving farther with his daughter!

She is a letter carrier and I saw the black eye.

It is scary to see that if true, things like this really happen! I once lived in Colville but only herd of events like this one. Thought they were folk lore.

Info claiming a man drugged her, raped her, then posted pics of her naked on the internet. She refused to turn him in because he threatened her child. He uses a dating site to find his victim, only one that I know of, probably others. Any recent rapes in that area--say with the last 5 years...

Is Colville a safe place to live? Are the schools good, the people nice and is it overall clean? Is crime high and should I stay away and look elsewhere to live?

Safe? I guess that depends.
Schools - as good as the taxpayers support and willingness to be involved with an open mind. Nice people - oh yes! But not all. Clean - comfortable and plenty of deer walking the streets. Crime - Check the newspaper records, probably average to low, but when it happens the pain is shared by many and eventually the real story comes out. Are there problems - yes as the story above tells, there's domestic violence, prejudice and injustice. Because of these things goodhearted people moving to the area who want to be involved in the community in a positive way are never unwelcome.

I wish those of you who had any knowledge of what happened to me,( as a result of our a certain lady mailcarrier). Would come forward and post what you may have herd. I have been forced from my home and have not been aloud to retrieve any of my possessions for the last two years. I was turned away by the Courts after having the Police refuse my pleas of all I have lost. My girlfriend beat her own face in just to have me arrested, so that I would longer be in the path of her new relationship! She even bragged to a friend and Colville resident, whom refused to state so on the record. This because of his fear of reprizal. This has been a tragedy and horror for me. My charges were dropped but a new restraining order granted through a Petition of lie's. My own daughter will not speak to me and I am further restrained from contacting her as well.
This while a new man gets to live in the Home I called my own for 12yrs. I know that others would probably know something and possibly understand the my pain. I pray every day that she will realize just how cruel and selfish an act it was.
I know of three totally different accounts given freely of her to the events of 11/12/07. All of them were offered independently to the Sherrifs office and all were refused! Now I wonder will there ever be "Justice". I worked hard for a life I loved and now I have nothing but pain. She actually walked the streets delivering mail to the hole community for a week with a badly blackened eye! This, while excepting the sympathies of every one. Please help, an honest loving farther!
