The commandment is "thou shall not murder", not kill.

Yes, war is a terrible thing. We need to end all wars. We need to stop all the oppression. What should be done in Iran? Darfur? Africa? Indonesia?

you are right and the fact that man has been decieved to think that war brings peace. how stupid that reasoning is. we have a day that we actually glorify war on memorial day they have partys on battle ships and honoring boats that carried war machines into other lands to destroy there land and then we turn right back around to help build up that countrys land right after we destroy it,another fact the govt of certain countrys endorse same sex marriage.but yet say god bless us how is god gonna bless something any one who allows people who lie down with the same sex and then you say god bless us god does not approve of these wars.most people who read the bible come up with there own conclusion.. and they might say even god had wars yes... but if you not only just read it research it you would see that all the wars god had excused were either for a benefit of his people or god allowed his people to be attacked for not listening to his commands. so i say to you sir you are right god does not like wars when innocent children are killed for the price of freedom we still dont have freedom we are on a constant alert of enemies so the deaths on both sides of the ocean these wars are in vain and the world will see the true god step in

Then 99% of the world is terrorist. Killing is happening in all countries. Look at Africa, the middle east, China, etc.

You might find a few peaceful tribes hidden in the amazon rainforest or somewhere but that is not the norm for the world.

Bibles for the troops......great idea! I'm sure the troops could use something soft to wipe their asses with! That's about the extent of a bible's usefulness. They're usually too small and the pages too thin to make paper hats or boats.

But seriously, there are about a few thousand other things that would be much more useful to soldiers that a worthless bible. It seems like a empty, wasteful gesture to send them bibles.

So you are opposed to people who want this book being given the book for free while they are serving their country. How does affect your personnaly that you find it necessary to post your hatred and childish comments?
