Okay, for one thing, the 17-year-old has been charged, not convicted.
AND he's a kid.
AND I know of 4 eye-witnesses, who were actually there, who say it wasn't him. It was utter chaos, and maybe this kid just happened to be in the way.
Why release his name and ruin his life before they even have all the facts?
