Truth your forgetting that this program was started in 2006 with the Bush Administration. So are they criminals too? Also what about Reagan and Bush Sr in the Iranian-Contra scandal when the CIA sold Iran (known terrorist) shoulder mounted missile rockets only to buy them back a few years later to cover their tracks.
