Come on Jonathan. We've heard too much from you. Soldier On is helping vets. Perhaps you could use some of their help to get over your rage and misplaced anger.

lobbying is no more than legal bribery, and could it be true that there is'nt a berkshire county vet in need of a home in his or her own community?

I can't believe that some people would stoop so LOW as to air worthless rants on here when this is good news for veterans. It's common knowledge that the gov't does not do enough for them.(I'm putting it nicely)Hey fed up!!, Do you have a vet for a father or grandfather, etc., who you watched helplessly try to get diabetic meds that were not covered with ins, only to have to travel almost 3 hours a couple times a month to have to meet basic needs??! APPARENTLY NOT! To put it Bluntly, VETERANS deserve our RESPECT! They also deserve our LIFETIME support however possible. It's not just about handing the attending vet a 1.00 or two outside walmart. If you think that makes you cognizant of their plight, you really don't have a clue. You know what, Why don't you go spend a few weeks on the front lines with a soldier,(assuming you make it through to learn your lesson) and then come back here and let's see what you have to say about veterans. I myself am not a veteran but have plenty of family that is, and more importantly, I HAVE RESPECT FOR THEM !! Try it sometime.

Soldier On is indeed a great thing, and to use this venue to continue a personal crusade against an individual involved with the organization is petty and no class!
Melle should bow his head in abject shame!

It is YOU,Jonathan Melle who is making this about Downing, why can't you stop thinking about your personal vendettas long enough to help the Vets celebrate this milestone?
Get on with life, calm down, and get some help, you harbor far too much anger!

I remember you saying something about getting to number 5,but do not recall the entire substance of the whole thing!
You do not post much anymore, and you seem to have mellowed,is this possible?
Could you synopsize the whole thing on the five things we agree on/

I never wished him dead, however had he died in office,he may have been spared the pain of history and his legacy of abject failure! Your memory seems to be flawed!

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
