about freelotto so-called winner

hi my name is sharon and from australia, i'm on the search for a certin person in east hampton, MA..but not sure of her where abouts, apparently this lady had won some money from freelotto and theres a great mount of people in a freelotto forum saying that this is nothing but a scam. and i believe them..there is no evidents, but was hopeing someone there mite be able to help us find this so-called winner...as there are others out there searching for other winner to see if this is real or justanother scam...Jeanntte Davis-Harris is her name..no address or other details...but these pictures are so old on the freelotto winners page...please can someone help to solve this matter...

i rcvd d mail and it says i won.. is that true?

I received an E-Mail saying I won 20 million
dollars in euros and I could have it If I sent
20,000 dollars to an address in Hong Cong. I told them I only had 10,000 dollars and they said they would except it but when I got the 20 million I
would have to give them the balance and I ageed.
I have nor received any money and it has been two years now do you think the mail could be that slow? I called them and they said I should get it
any day now. I sure hope it gets quick so I can
pay my rent(I am 2 years in the arears) and buy some food as I have been eating cat food which
actually I am beginning to enjoy. I must go and
check my mailbox to see if my winnings have arrived. If I get the money I plan to move to Northamton and open up a weirdo shop.
