Do we also cover the crimes of people who call into Larry King or Imus? He is not on the show, he calls into the show. It is unfair to connect him to Stern.

He'd have no notoriety without the Stern connection, which is well known. Unlike the other guys you mention who have microscopic audiences and no known regulars.
