Hickman completes sex-crime sentence

Talk about your "SWEET" deals. This was actually the result of a plea agreement accepted by judge Vance on 05/10/2007 (a little over 9 months ago).

How does something like this happen? If Hickman can do less than half of his time, that means that King and Gray should be free in about 12 years.

It is scary how soon those punks could be out!

Looked through the sex offender registry for Jackson County. It says Hickman's address may not be accurate and will not be listed.
Out of all the offenders in Jackson County, only one other person had this disclaimer. That man was currently in custody.
Also looked up Coleman King a few days ago to see where he ended up. He is not in the Indiana Department of Corrections locator AT ALL.
Who's covering for these perps and why?

The purpose of the sex offender registry is to let people know where sex offenders are. Period. It does no good to tell you that they are an offender, but don't know where they are.
Chuckie was JUST released from prison. His forwarding address should have been listed.

You've not seen me take up for the cops here, if you've read my posts you would know I believe them to be laughable. No one in Crothersville has control of the sex offender registry. Most likely, just like I said, someone hasn't updated the system, because they aren't doing their job. I have another question, since you don't seem to understand my positions on things you may not understand this either.. Why was Chuckie jailed and not the girls mother? She allowed Chuckie to stay with the girl, she knew he was there, she didn't kick his butt out.. If it had been my daughter and I walked in and found him in my house with her, the cops probably wouldn't have much left to throw in jail.

Good point about the girl's mother. She should have been charged with neglect also. So should Terry Gray have years ago for abandoning his sons. There seems to be a great deal of this lack of parental responsibility in Crothersville.
Why was Hickman's mother enabling him to continue the behaviour he was continuing with?
My guess is that Chuckie Hickman is right back with mommy. After all, who could beat it. This dipshit is now 23 years old. Let's see, prior to his arrest, he was a high school dropout, spent his days getting high and hanging out with seedy individuals, and as far as we know has never had a job for one day in his life. Yet so many people there in your little town feel sorry for folks like Sandra Hickman, Terry Gray and oh yes let's not forget John and Angie Neace.
Who in their right mind allows a child to go to a store unattended? From everything written about her, it seems the child went everywhere FOR YEARS on her own. Not only that, but she was never told to stay away from strangers-SHE WANDERED ALL OVER TOWN. Sure that doesn't excuse what happened to her (and I still have a hard time beleiving Hickman was NOT in some way involved.) They didn't call police FOR HOURS after the girl was missing because they were used to that happening.
Then of all the scenarios, Angie gets Terry Gray, who also neglected his own children to talk for her. Unfreakingbeleivable little town you all have there, I can't imagine these events going on anywhere but Crothersville, Indiana.

You can't imagine these events going on any where but Crothersville? Do you ever watch the news? Do you know that hundreds of thousands of children go missing in the US every year? Do you turn on the local news and see the murders EVERY DAY? Are they all in Crothersville? Here are some numbers for you...In the US in 2006, there were 1,417,745 Violent crimes, 17,034 murders, 92,455 rapes, 447,403 reported robberies, 862,947 aggrivated assaults... This is a big bad world.. There are people all over this world who should never have children.. but they do.. there are still others who are great parents who have children who turn out bad despite their upbringing. Then there is a whole class of people who I believe were just born evil and there is no explanation for them. I'm not disputing anything you've said about your opinions of these parents, I have many questions myself.. But thinking that the few things that have happened locally is isolated, well, it's just not thinking.

You can't imagine these events happening anywhere but Crothersville? Maybe you need to crawl out from under your rock. It happens all over, but when it happens in a small town (rarely), people like you keep mouthing that the whole town is corrupt. Well, I advise you to watch CNN (if you have cable) and just watch what's going on all over the world. Maybe something like this has happened in your home town. I'm not defending the people you are talking about, I am defending the other 99.9% of us that live here. UNDERSTAND THAT?

Crothersville may be rough but at least it does not smell like a rotten sewer such as AsSTINK does. And it has nice houses where AuSTINK sucks everywhere. How can two towns SO close together be SO different??

Fed up, Amen... and because one thing happens, people try to pin everything to the same event.. people who have been trying to pin the Jackson murders to Crothersville and contrast them into the reason that Aaron Hall was killed are so off base. There is no connection at all.
