I actually thought of opening a place like this myself.

In New York it's perfectly legal for a woman to be bare-breasted in public.

According to our observations, it's actually their women's nipples that are not supposed to be viewed in public places. The rest of their women's boobs are exposed in one skimpy top or another, and they seem to tolerate it.

Curiously, their men's nipples do not seem subject to this custom.

These Earthlings are perhaps the most irrational creatures we've yet observed...

wow you have it right.....We should all go naked fat people, skinny people, old people even teens and children....how about no more clothes for any of us. That would save us all alot of money?? No more lawsuits or various crimes, clothes shops, shoe stores, hat shops, Playboy/Playgirl mags or even Victoria secrets.....All the pervs won't have to buy magazines or even stay online all day looking for Naked people they can just hang out at the parks, schools, playgrounds, malls or donut shops watch our kids and our wives/husbands.....Sounds like an open mided country doens/t it HUH.....
