You missed the whole point. We have enough DUI drivers who are citizens and they need to be arrested and jailed.

Yes, it is a tragedy...however, maybe those "illegal immigrants" would be more responsible, or it would be possible to resolve these situations, if even THEY were able to get legal driver's licenses, car insurances, etc.

Insurance they hate, get it, register car and then cancel because the penalty for not having insurance is less than the cost of insurance!!!
