ya, instead of actually doing something,this fruitcake drives around in a city vehicle,ignores citizens to the fact that people doing construction on apartments are drinking on the job and puts his frenchy hat on while burning tax-payer money running around in a city vehicle crying about a chicken in a bikini?Call the city and tell them what you think of this guy or just tell him in the 7-11 on Davis where he hangs out for a half hour (on the clock) at a time playing scratch-offs.What a great city this is.

Her name is Debbie heizer and she's a worthless piece of crap who does nothing good for the city and if you ever get on her bad side she will ride you. Probably doesn't have a good education and little chance of being much in life so she gets to monitor grass violations. LOL

Kenneth, I know that bitch. She rode me for quite sometime over stupid things. One time she gave me a warning because a small patch of weeds cropped up and was over 10" long. She is worthless as sewer water.
I also wanted to build a porch cover in my own backyard and after going to the planning people I gave up. Seems like they want to control everything and it would've ended up costing too much.

Yes even I ole big bad john has crossed trails with her before. The woman is a nutcase and she hates people. But I letted her know that ole big bad john was bigger and badder then her. Thank god the lady is out of here!!!!

Hahaha that Debbie Heizer chick is still employed by the city. With the way the economy is it shouldnt be much longer before they start laying off and they usually start with the least important folks.....so Debbie should be ousted first. Worthless person for sure.
