If he had a weapon, no matter what the circumstances, he might be alive.

I believe this was a setup murder form from a lie of false staement from a young lady which was this young man's friend. I am told that this young lady is unable to be found and his cousin was the owner of the gun which was purchased by one of the men involved. I would like to see this matter to be punished by the fullest of the law to whomever is involved. I do believe that there are at least two more persons who are involved and should be brought in for questioning about this murder. THIS WAS A SETUP AND PREMEDIATATED MURDER and no bond of any kind should be granted. A girl or girls was(were) involved in this matter and should be investigated as well. Yes, I am related to the murdered victim and we must him dearly. I think no matter what the circumstansces, he should not have been shot down like a dog or he was a nobody. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT JUSTICE IS GIVEN. With the gun used and the amount of shots, having a gun himself would not have made a difference. The young lady he told to get down swa the truck driving slowly and did not mention a thing to him and if he would have seen it himself, I believed he woud have sensed something and tried to escape the danger.
