There is no excuse what so ever, if this was the case everyone would claim insanity having be exposed to what this piece of crap did. I could throw up. Everybody is born with a free will and yes we all know right from wrong sorry but I don't buy it. Insane with out a doubt but there is still no excuse I don't care what it is says in the evaluation about this psycho. That helpless child is all I can think about, I see kids victimized all the time and trust me the parents know I will be the first to step up and crush their ass.
