It might be irrelavant, but it is a much larger concern than what these kids did. And the so called victim? also a drug dealer, as you already know. He got himself involved just as much as they did. You can't play the blame game on them for dragging him and messing him up real bad because hes the one that grabbed onto the car in the first place. I grew up with all these kids. They are good kids at heart. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone takes wrong paths. That's life. There are so many other fucked up kids and fucked up parents out there. Why do you have so much hostility towards the Peglow's?

I do not condone the actions of the victim. However, that is not the issue in this case. It may be a different issue eventually down the road. I also see young people make mistakes every day, but mistakes are not the same as intentional disregard for human life. I can also understand that today young people see the drug business as am easy way to make money and the attention they want to gain is also understandable. But, when a parent has knowledge of there childs criminal activity, then I don't understand that fact. I even know that 5 years ago the princiotti family already knew of what rich did before the victims advocate came to there house. And when they did, that family was not surprised. And the gall for Dena to be in denial and still believed James was clean even after the ME informed her that he was stoned out of his mind is not ludicrus. And after that she didn't question where her son Anthony was getting money from and ignored the daily traffic of people coming to her house at all hours. I have my reasons for thinking that Dena is a useless parent and the princiotti parents are real pieces of shit. I know them as well and they should know that there kid took someones life away. If he survived he would have been charged with DUI manslaughter for killing James.

I'm not particularly interested in engaging in bravado match with some poorly educated desk clerk on a public forum. Ultimately, your inability to conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner will come back to haunt you. Did you ever think to yourself, when you were writing your post "I live in the US, where it is a persons constitutional right to express his or her opinion through speech? Furthermore, your post again did not address the issue of pack mentality and the event that took place in Lauderhill. And anyone on this thread can see you are avoiding the real jist of the story. You seem to have missed my point. No matter how horrible the things these KIDS did they do not deserve death and the horrible things you say about the dead. It is just sick. I do agree with you that what they did was wrong and I know that people have choices and obviously James and Anthony chose the wrong ones. But, what I do not agree with is how you treat these people. KIDs are KIDS and will make mistakes. Especially if there are no consequences for them, which according to you there weren't. The way you talk about this 16 year old's death and how you talk about his younger brother being raped is disturbing. It's more than just disturbing it is completely sick and twisted. So, no, I am not defending these KID'S actions, which were undoubtly wrong, I am simply telling you that what you are doing is troubling and you really need to think about your actions. I understand that you may think that what I say is disgusting about them, but if my words make Dena see that her ignorance led to James grousom demise then the point I am trying to get across is working. And please understand just because they are teenagers that does not mean they are kids. They commit adult crimes and will be treated as such. In addition, I agree what comes around goes around, and so far what Dena tried to do in 2004 through 2007 by blaming others for her incompetence has come around and now her son is a defendant and she has to watch from the other side of the table. In 2004 Dena even tried to say in her letter that the police lied to her and that she will get her own justice. Well the joke is on her and now we are getting our justice watching her struggle by paying huge legal fees to David and her son will still go to prison with a felony criminal record. Okay. He was sentenced to 1 year probation on battery and 6 months on petit theft. Which is a real good deal. However we all know that he will get a VOP within a year. And adjudicated withheld means he could eventually have his record expunged as well. I have to say he did get a real good deal. But knowing what Dena had to go through and the amount of money she spent on legal fees is a real good feeling for me. Karma is really true! Now my job is done.
