That is horrible. I didn't know there was a law for that. Soemtimes I wondered how do they pump their own gas. But the thought stopped there. I am a very courteous person, alw3ays helping anyone who might need help. I will be sure to pay more attention at the gas stations now.

Gary Brandyberry is my son, and I've followed him around a typical day.This article is only one difficulty, of many, that need addressing to benefit the handicapped. Let's hope those guilty service stations will take heed. Thanks.

How terrible it is when people now ask if you can walk! Have we really come so little as a society that we question everyone's motives as to if they can or can't pump their own gas? My husband has MS also and is not even 30 years old, he recieves dirty looks and comments from using a handicapped parking space on the days that he can't walk without help. We as a community need to understand that not everyone regarding of age or sex or race has the capability to do what we take for granted.
