If Jerry's mom is so concerned about her son, then why isn't she helping him to get an (paid) attorney to represent him. If I had her money, I would not be able to sleep at night knowing that I could have helped my son live and not get the death penalty. Come on MOM help this child!

Well,the reason why would probably be to the fact that this man has already confessed and I am aware that she does have a legal team that she does consult on various matters. In a case like this,with or without a confession the state of PA must provide him an attorney with adequate education and numerous tried capital offenses under their belt, in saying this he would obtain the same kind of counsel as if his mother were to retain one.
