Fast facts on Barack Obama citizenship lawsuits

Obama may or may not be a natural born citizen. His COLB is not sufficient proof of whether he was born in America. He could be simply registered in Hawaii in without a doctor or witness to verify his birth.. The only way to know for sure would be to examine his original BC, his parent’s passports and his passports. Also he may have retained citizenship with Kenya after his 21 birthday by continuing to travel on a Kenyan or Indonesian passport which would make him a dual-citizen today. I would like to know the truth. I think these aspects about Obama have been kept secret from the American people - and in my mind - invalidating the election. If the president of the US has foreign allegiances or maintains secrets about his life, HE CAN BE BLACKMAILED!!!!!! Yes he can be blackmailed if he is hiding any of these facts about his life. BY WHO? Well - if there are records in Kenya of his birth - then someone in Kenya could blackmail him. If there are records in the U.S then the FBI, the CIA or any of a number of agencies could access these records and blackmail him. We do not need a president - who can be blackmailed. The press did not do their Job. The election officials did not do their job (and verify where he was really born). Everyone reading this who has concerns should write to your congressman write to your Secretary of State for your state. Demand that they properly investigate this mans eligibility to hold office.

I agree with you jasper, but unfortunately, no one in authority cares. The media annointed him early on, McCain, who has standing to sue, won't, and the Democrats certainly don't care if he was born in the United States or not. The only aspect of the Constitution most Democrats care about is the obscure way a liberal Supreme Court ruled that abortion is a right. He is their Messiah and will personally cure cancer before his is done. The Supreme Court will pass on the case, and that will be the end of it.

Several courts have said there are no grounds to dispute his citizenship. Unless you have read the court records how can you know what evidence has, or has not, been submitted? I read where there were NUMEROUS witnesses to his birth in Hawaii, as well as an announcement in a local newspaper when it happened. As for John McCain not protesting... McCain was not born in the US... but in Panama in the US "controlled" zone. I'm afraid that under a strict interpretation of "natural born" that McCain would fail that test and if, by some wild chance, Obama were disqualified, then McCain could be too... then were would that leave us? Best to let it rest and support the man whom the MAJORITY of American's voted for. You may not like him... but he just might surprise you and do a good job. At least give him a chance to do the job before passing judgement.

It's so sad to see this society that feels and senses that anyone other than a "white man or from eurocentric stock" can be anything other than a janitor. This man, Barack Obama was born a US citizen or he would not ever been voted into Congress, or the Senate, or even run for the Presidency of this so-called Greatest Nation in the World, the USA! Give me a break! I beg to differ. These rabid people who insist that Obama isn't eligible to serve as our president aren't die-hard republicans. They are racists, pure and simple. All persons born in the United States not subject to any foreign power.
You can be born on US soil, and belong to the citizenship of a foreign country of your parents.

He applies for ballot access for all primaries.
The sec of state of birth state insures people are eligible.
That information is available to FEC.
An d all other Secs of state.

Why shouldn't Sen. Obama show a true copy of his birth certificate. All U. S. citzen's must produce such just to get a passport. President elect or not, the Laws of the Land, which he will swear to uphold, cover him too. After all, on January 20, 2009, he becomes THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITES STATES, not a king or dictator.
If he's got one, show it and lay all to rest forever.
