I saw some dude getting taken out on a stretcher naked handcuffed bleeding all over the place....anyone know what happened?

where did this happen at on buckingham? I saw some commotion also that day when I passed by.

it was twenty something...cops everywhere and an ambulance...some guy was bleeding all over the place and handcuffed

some dude try to stab himself and the cops saved the guys life
