Monroe official charged with stealing gas from Public Works pump
An employee at the Monroe Township Department of Public Works was arrested and charged with taking gas from the Public Works gas pump in a five-gallon gas can approximately 11 times over a two month period.

Thats nothing, a few towns over they steal all the aluminum and copper from our recycling center, some times 3 truck loads at a clip, my guess is between 500 to 700 a week.
