Witness protection not an option in Mahoning

I know some people are not willing to move and if we had speedy trials it would be different. Mahoning County is not like the TV cop shows where eyewitnesses to a murder get moved to a government safe house. via Vindy.com

I think someone needs to speed up the process for hearing cases. I don't understand why it takes so long. We have elected officials and workers within the court, they should be the ones who should figure a way out
