I Have a Headache

I am so tired of this. Please would you just make us a list of the projects you would endorse as suitable for Billerica, Mr. Casey, so we don't have to listen to you any more. I realize you think the Planning Board should supervise all town departments and all Boards and Commissions in Town - your arrogance is shameful, and an insult to all the volunteers who do their best to enforce General and Zoning By-Laws. Just a simple list will do.

Right on, "Headache"! Casey brings to mind another Billerica wonder, Dave Delorey. He came out with some great ideas but soon became consumed with his own arrogance. The voters saw through him, had enough and voted him out. He left town (only to repeat this performance in NH). We need endure only a bit more and Casey will be gone. Hopefully he'll move further away than NH. Wonder how much Casey's antics have cost the taxpayers in unnecessary legal bills?

Mr. Casey does need to give in and approve less then perfect development when it is away from Billerica's core area. This is on a fringe parcel that would likley not even be noticed by residents. I fully support his efforts to bring smart development to town but he is playing onto his opponents hands. There are string to be way too may empty lots in Billerica

Imagine a Billerica planning board member concerned about a bad development plan? That is unusal.
If I were going to live in a new apartment, I wouldn't want an auto auction next door to me. That might be par for the course in Billerica, but in most towns, it would not happen.

Mr Casey is so arrogant. It seems like it's his way or it's wrong. I'm tired of his constant babble. Time for him to exit. Just watch the Planning Board meetings-no one knows what to do. Mr Casey didn't even know he was supposed to vote! That Board is confused and lost. The lady on the Board is equally lost and caught up in her own world. The voters of Billerica threw away their votes when they voted for these two.

Perhaps Chairman Casey should have submitted his report. The guy is so spineless he didn't even want to vote during the last meeting for fear of taking a stance.
The "cut throat" sign he made at the Board of Selectman last week was childish and he should be embarrased. What exactly did you mean by that Casey?

seniors need jobs to.Like u said the industrial park is Full of empty buildings. This use is prob not the best but its better than a truck terminal or a company that handles haz mat. This would be a good start to boost tax revenue and buisness in that area.If the people that bought homes of condos on rangeway rd checked the area before thay moved thay ccould clearly see buisness in operation on the road.its been there for many years.

Casey gave that sign to Lombardo. He no longer supports Lombardo. Casey is urging others (on the Greene machine) to no longer support Lombardo. Lombardo is now seeing what others have seen-the Greene machine will turn on you in a second if you don't go along with their cronies. Casey is a product of that arrogant, "smarter-than-the-rest-of -the-world" group. Will Greene now pull away from Lombardo? A Democratic State Rep supporting a Republican - to make matters worse, Lombardo was constantly bashing the Democratics, both nationally and at the state level. Ya wonder why Greene has no juice on Beacon Hill?

mr. casey not to offend you but you are exactly what is wrong with america. lets handcuff small buisness and keep job creation at a stahl. guys like you should only be chairman of their throne in their bathrooms. lets keep the unemployment rate rising while we sit around and debate over allowing industries to create jobs. you are a loser. with a loser game plan. wake up people lets quit preventing business from happening. and if this guy can be fired lets fire him

Casey is an arrogant, know-it-all ! He's only interested in himself. He's against the Parker School - of course he's an abutter and can't have anything next to him (NIMBY).
