The Hadley Bridge

I believe the construction crew for the bridge are employees of the State.

the city and the bridge are poop covered with a nice blanket one day you have to remove the blanket and clean the poop

It is a state project paid for with state money--so in that sense the workers could be regarded as state employees- but the probability is that they work for the construction company that was awarded the bid-----also probable that it's either Maximillian or Petricca out of Pittsfield----and some of their employees di live in North Adams---if this is the case-- locals or quasi-locals are doing the project--I think it was maximillian that did Main St.----I'm not sure---but it is possible

yeah dumb azz those blankets are on the bridge so no nothing fall on to the cars,and and into the river..They are doing a great job on the bridge.its looks a lot better than five years ago.So you must have poop in your pants go take a shower and people don't want to smell you.and who in the hell wants to bite you they would puke if they did!!

lol i am no where around there..lol..ha,ha.ha.ha...i left the area a month ago when someone said when you get on the pca program will you live with me F*** NO..people with disabilitys on SSI is the reason northadams has money they are the bread and butter for the city yet they are the jobs in northadams in other words... sorry where I come from that is called paid friends one day soon pca and ssi will change then northadams sinks like the TITANIC ...cil
