North Adams neighborhoods, good or bad?

Brayton Hill is BAD because its full of drug dealers and low-lifes.
Greylock Projects is also BAD because if you talk to the wrong people you will get beat up and/or get involed in drugs.
The High Rise area BAD because you could get raped.
And last Summit Ave is GOOD because it has nobody involved in drugs.

there are plenty of "good" neighborhoods in north adams. just like it has always been there are also some that are not as good. neighborhoods are as good or bad as the people of that neighborhood allow it to be. and projects are full of people who are often the ones who are sad, unemployed, and looking for something to make them feel better. hence the draw to the "feel good" stuff. history shows it all over the world.
so what was your real point?

I agree with you. I googled heroin and meth addiction before and after. These addicts' health deteriorates over time and most of them die . I blame the dealers, too.
