would bringing back POLKA help NORTHADAMS?

i brought the idea up yesterday to some friends who are native to the city and adams the conversaion went well they said ADAMS used to have weekly POLKA...lol funny thig guy was EVERYWHERE...anyway they said POLKA was very successful..POLKA was packed and sometimes PNA dancing was held...lol i have a polish dance cotume but dont dance due to my disability we ended up with the subject the PNA i am a member or was PNA is a church activity since there is FAITH BASED GRANTS i am serously think of trying this out would like more info as to POLKA...simce things are different here PNA has there own building ?...where i come from PNA dance practice held at CHURCH...POLKA was at the POLEAM CLUB can you tell me more?...cil
