the more depressed and hopeless people feel the more they turn to drugs and alcohol for a "comforting blanket". sad but true. as I posted in another thread, it's starting to take on the same disease that so many of the reservations out west have been dealing with for so long. only difference is that the ones taking on the behavior are not "dirty, lazy, worthless indians". self-medicating the depression and hopelessness is a sign of a bigger problem....

Why do the dealers never actually get jail time? the same people always get busted, rat and give out names, and only get probation. and then the cycle starts all over again. it's like fishing in a catch and release. pretty sad that everybody is hooked on heroine or sniffing some kind of pill.

Not everyone is hooked on heroin. The sad part is that the twenty something crowd is so ignorant that they would not know that heroin is a poison. This is the same crew that thinks it is quite allright to have children out od wedlock and run to the state for assistance. They and their kids are responsible for the majority of crimes an the kids being raised by a "kid" learn to repeat the welfare cycle. I agree that major dealers should spend long prison terms and if means making more prisons then do so.Doesn't it sicken anyone to see so many young woman who live such dirtbag lifestyles? What the hell happened in this country for this crap to go on?

I wish someone could figure out how to help the TRUELY needy without supporting the lazy, the druggies and the free-loaders. Some take coats, food and other stuff for free and then sell or trade for booze, drugs or cigarettes. Those in real need deserve help. But, I see too many who take advantage of charity and grin ear-to-ear about their free haul. When I have pointed this out, I was called judgmental and told that it was none of my business. Ok. But it should be someone's business.

Why is it that the same people get arrested over and over, give up some names and are right back out selling drugs?

its places like the Crystal Hardhat that breed these kind of criminals. that place is loaded with pillHeads. now that he has that biker gang hang out there, who knows what could come out of that. anyone ever wonder what happens upstairs? i'll leave it at that, but i am sure your imagination is likely not far off.

The cops are certainly not afraid of these scumbags---they are merely low on morale due to arresting them, and seeing them back out on the street the next say because the judge gave them a slap on the hand. Our judges don't hand out harsh sentences. Why would these dealers be worried when they see their buddy get busted for distibution for the 5th time and all he gets is a continued without a finding, fines, or probation? He'd think twice if he saw that same buddy get 5-7 in a state prison. Our judges are spineless and liberal.

The cops get a slap in the face, they do their job and arrest these dirtbags and their public defenders workout some kind of deal and they are back on the street selling again. it's a vicious cycle. they should just let the cops kill them.

Stop cutting deals with these pieces of crap. people are dying. stop the open door policy of ratting out your friends and getting a free ticket to be right back on the street selling drugs. example: shamus flynn

The cops have their hand tied by laws that protect the drug trash. If this were the 1950's the cops could wipe these b_as_tards out quick. I used to like it back then when a punk forgot to duck down when they put him in the cruiser.
