cil Bennington, VT	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #42 Jan 13, 2012 Judged: 1 1 1 ps woundring1 hope a tourist doesnt fall at a place like the HUB someone who knows ADA well could sue them for stairs and also the city for not inforcing ADA one reason why bissness might be leaving northadams might want to look that up on line...no one wants to get sued because a city is not enforcing ADA just ask the ?can someone sue a city for not enforcing ADA...see what you get!...this combined with high taxes could be one of the problems.holding the city down..this is the last free info i will give decided no longer ADVOCATE...ADA CONSULTANT...cil

cil Bennington, VT	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #46 Jan 13, 2012 i admitt i went there a few times that they had a drive thru i went to corner packy mostly when i took walks i heard from some that had credit there... imagine a packy with credit... if i knew that i would have went there more often most likely why they went under people didnot pay there bill...take credit from drunks really how stupid can one be...lol...cil
