It is argued by some that using loopholes is perfectly legal. However, a loophole is an unintended application of a law. It's like saying that if I accidentally leave my door unlocked, you have the legal right to rob me.

Companies don't pay taxes. They pass the cost onto the consumer. So if Wallmarts taxes go up they simply raise prices........so who wins? Not the consumer

"Bender" is the nickname of Robert Cardimino---one of the constant complainers at City Council meetings and who- in part- is responsible for the new rule changes-- he also ran for Council and lost in 2011

Dio, the net profit of the company won't change. For example for Wallmart the prices are so much lower than mom and pops that if their prices went up to cover a tax increase the prices would still be cheaper then mom and pops, so consumer still loses. If the price goes higher and people do buy elswhere to cover the losses they will lay people off. Again the consumer and worker loses
