I dont think Lonnie Lee Owens got a fair trial !

i also think his lawyers could of done a better job

I totally agree with that!!! I'm sorry that you have to go through this, dear but thanks for standing up for Heather. These sick heartless people are very comfortable putting down someone who can't defend herself. Don't you think they all should be fried?

She was shopping in Tullahoma and She noticed Heathers Aunts looking around at Her car and called the Police and they chased them
away.

i will let this post die, but lonies sister family should be helped out by someone and if i run in tommey or judge pery i will ask them to find away to heal things with all parties. help lonines sister get some income and maybe they can help me too

Whoever you are. I am sorry for the predicament you're in. I have seen you on other posts. I will pray for you. I hope that you do know that God is real. I know about the lawsuits that they are trying to get started. I hope and pray that they don't go after innocent people. Unfortunately, I know a lot about this case. It's more than I've written. I know that Lonnie is guilty. I know that Kara is innocent of everything except for trusting him. I know that Heather's family loves her. I absolutely know that a lot of the things that was said on here are lies about these people. It hurts to see someone lie. Not only that they've attacked me. They lied about things I said on another site. My thought is that if he was innocent, then they should have been able to use truth and not lies. Whether they know it or not it shows. I appreciate that you said that you'll let this site die, but I hope that you'll understand if I continue to get on here. It has nothing to do with you. I will continue to pray for you even if you continue. I hope that this wasn't another ploy. I truly hope that you mean it. It sounds like you have enough problems. When it comes to Lonnie's sister, I will pray for her. She had nothing in this. She's just associated and people can be mean. Please do talk to judge Perry to help his sister, and yourself. Maybe everything will be okay.

What Alvis Bolin did was wrong he should say he is sorry for messing with Lonnie's Sister's car
and property.

anwsered in court . and 6 other factors of why he shouldnt of heard the case and sent a copy to the fbi and the u.s. state atty. a retrial might not be the best thing to happen because he can get a worse sentence. I want judge perry to run the school system, he needs a job, he may be inpeached, and he cant cut it as a lawyer in my opinion. I beleave and will defend forever that it was an acident .

You're forgetting something. I knew Lonnie during the time that this was going on. You will never be able to tell me he was only one percent bad. I think what he did to Heather was gruesome and the fact that people don't get that bothers me. I have never seen the amount of cruelty that has been shown on this site by the people taking up for Lonnie. They've lied to get their way and they'll do anything to release someone who killed his wife with their children in the house including talking badly about Heather, her family and even his family. Saying his mother stressed him out bad enough to do this is horrible. If Lonnie wanted that to be said then he is even more evil than I gave him credit for. My own personal experiences with the man gave me that impression. It's worse now. To Heather's family, I am so sorry that your daughter's name and your names have been drug threw the mud. I hope some people have good memories of Heather and I hope you know that there are people out there who know Heather was a good person.

the fact of the matter is i dont think he go a fair trial, i wrote judge perry and then reported him. He has A lot of qustions he is going to have to anwser in another court.

He Needs to stay where he is at,
no qustion about that, he got a bad trial. he thought heather was already dead ( saw him Last week)+ harlan is a lier= reasonable doubt.
Not saying he shouldnt be punished, 10 years should be enough. i beleave lonnie and i will keep it up untill he is out or die first.

There are some things that you definately don't know. I seen him right after Heather went missing. I know his demeanor then. Maybe, just maybe, I might have thought that it was an accident if I hadn't have seen him having a good time right afterwards. I am so tired of people being drug through the dirt for him. It's wrong. Her mom and dad don't have a daughter anymore. Her siblings don't have a sister. Her children don't have their mom. He hurt all of these people. Then there is his family. People have said horrible things about the stress that they put him under. The witnesses have been called unsaved or schizophrenic. For one, no one but God and that person can say whether someone is saved or not and calling them all schizophrenic is wrong. Then there is one witness who is named and that is Kara Matthews. She has had this put off on her when all she did was the right thing by turning in a man that did wrong. I hope that you understand that I am looking at this and I feel sick because obviously Lonnie has shown a different face to a lot of people than he has shown to me and others. I have another question. I want you to ponder it before you answer. If he thought that she was dead before duct taped her, what was the point to taping her from chin to just under her eyes? I'm not trying to be mean to you. I just want answers on why you believe him so much. I have reasons why I don't. I want to know your reasons on why you do and I'll return the favor.

even if it wasnt an acident, i dont think he got a fair trial, thats the only point i care about.
i wish court tv was out here, but because of judge perry this case has a 75% chance of being redone. the scott person case and his should not be confussed.

o.j. messed up anyone getting a fair trial.
