What exactly does Mr. Kownack mean by "a better community", "a better mix", "a healthier comunity"? Maybe he needs to get his head out of the sand.

the city is taking my home, placing me,in a section that I might not want to be in but my income would only afford that section, after complection of this new development the same people that were displaced have to meet a requirement to move back into the very home cite that you put me out of, this alway happen to the low-income citizen new housing with requirments , if I am on disability,them according to your requirement I can't move back due to your requirement of (working )also what is acceptable community behavior I pay rent for my home or place to live not the community. when ever housing is taken and rebuilt it's the elderly , low-income, citizen that get the short in of the stick, HUD is no better you can be on a list for up to 3years where are you going to go.

You should be grateful they are moving you out of such a ghetto area.

The black community is such a mess. Why waste any more time or effort on them? Most of them make no effort on their own behalf. I wish I had free housing, free food, free healthcare.

I think that the demolition of the housing projects should be considered a "hate crime" against the black community. Are you sure the "White man" will let him be elected? Try getting a job, finding your own place to live, and paying for it yourself...we are tired of paying for you!

Any hope that they will leave the people in it when they demolish it. Let's hope.
