As a life long resident of Norfolk, I have seen town employees come and go but recently it seems that we have a high turn over rate there. I was speaking with a friend who works at the Town Hall the other day and I was told that the "DPW now has a revolving door" and as people are hired in the front door, they leave out the back. Just a few months ago, from what I understand, four people left there inside of two weeks. Can anybody tell me why this is?
