Nobody here lost any power. Everyone around us got hit worse than we did. Which should have been obvious, if you'd get your head out of your @ss.

we Not only lost power but had violent damaging winds and lightening. People have trees down atop their homes laboring under the weight of massive trunks and limbs and crumpled vehicles. It looks like a tornado passed through! No electric, no phones and as there is no cell service in this area it is rather isolated. Live wires and missing pets feared dead! Gas stations are closed so a generator isn't much good. communities will be restored first but some homes are NOT on any Grid. These people may be without service for a week or more according to personnel in the field. crews are working on virtually no sleep and our hats are off to them. This is a dangerous situation for them and anyone out on the road in search of assistance. Not something we would wish upon anyone nor, should anyone make light of.

Well it proves one thing that the work crews we sitting on the side of the road eating, drinking coffee are not conerned about preventative maint. but rather keeping their bellies happy. Besides I never saw a worker for NU in shape. Haven for FAT SLOBS.
